Viewer email contact management
Your site will have the ability to accept signups to a notification list. You can then easily send one or all recipients on the list email. Recipients will have the ability to “opt out” of your list. This is part of your IDX system account.

Client managed page content
Site content can get stale, You don’t need to call me when you want to change the front page greeting or headlines. Login to your admin and you or staff or 3rd party management have full control over site content.

Client managed product add edit delete
You may wish to post your own listings on your site. If that is the case, We’ll provide the tools to keep the listings fresh. Upload listing info and or property photos. Change prices, post the “Sold” or “In Escrow” banners. Again it just takes a few minutes of your time. No special software or technical skills required.

Local static content
All the local area info that viewer are seeking. Schools, shopping entertainment, history etc..

Local dynamic content
Weather, your own mortgage calculator, current interest rates. Searchable real estate news and glossary of terms. Client controlled links page. All this and more within your site. You don’t have to send visitors offsite to third party content providers and lose the traffic you've worked so hard to acquire.

Cell phone integration
A viewer may make a web inquiry at 9:00 am while you’re in the field. You should know about it right then, not when you get home or back to the office. We can route inquiry summaries to your cell phone in real time. Text messaging is required in your cell service account for this feature.

PDF Flyer upload/download
People still love to print stuff. PDF (Portable Document Format) is the universally acceptable internet document format. Imagine your prospects driving up to Nevada County with your PDF flyer in hand. A much better way than a lot of the agent sites which offer an html page for printing. Lots of different computers, monitors and printers out there. No telling what html printed output will look like. PDF puts all those unknowns to rest.
